Job Description – Core PHP Developer and IT Administration (CakePHP)

We are interested in hiring another developer/IT support person. This
person would join our team of 3 developers and we support a company of
over 20 people with several major applications.

About the Company

The company is small, fast paced, nimble, and fun to work at. We all
work from home offices in various locations across the country, and
are excellent at our various roles. This is a company of highly
motivated and highly skilled people who are passionate about their
professions.

Roles and Responsibilities

Responsible for major and minor application feature development (~90%
of your time for a week)
Plan, Code, and Deploy new applications/projects/modules/plugins
Troubleshoot applications bugs and determine resolutions, both with
legacy code and the new code we are replacing it with
Optimize and refactor existing code to improve performance and

Sever administration (Linux/Windows) (maybe 2%-10% of your time for a

Internal IT Support (maybe 2%-10% of your time for a week)
Employee Technical Training (maybe 1% of your time for a week)
