Class 'Router' not found Error

Hi,

I'm getting this error, when trying to run a fresh copy of cakephp:

Fatal error: Class 'Router' not found in ./cake/dispatcher.php on line
264

I just copy and paste the code version 1.3.4 from github, didn't to
any modification.

Any clues?
