how to download cakephp ? Error 502

When i click on the link and arrive at http://github.com/cakephp/cakephp/downloads
i click on a zip package and

http://nodeload.github.com/cakephp/cakephp/zipball/1.3.3

502 Bad Gateway
nginx/0.7.61

Where can i download the package ?
