baking complete cakephp application

Hi guys,

Can some one guide me in baking a cake application.

I read several articles saw videos but missing something failing to bake it properly.

Through command line i am typing

C:\xampp\htdocs\cakephp\cake\console 

 typing

Cake bake all

error is  

'cake' is not recognized as internal or external command

I think i am missing something in adding environmental variable in system properties.

Please help in getting through it.
