Hello Everyone
I am working a 4 week notice at my current place of employment.
I need to prepare documentation and do odd jobs to make the job of replacing me as swift as possible, the only issue is that I am 99.5% certain they will not find or hire a developer familiar with CakePHP (Maybe not even MVC).
For this reason my Managing Director has asked me to pretty much write a book to teach someone.
What would you do in this situation or how would you make it a smooth transition?
