What browser are you using on the Mac and on Windows? Try several browsers. Firefox, Safari and Chrome all exist on both Mac and Windows. Find out which browser/OS combinations work and which don't. See if you have any browser extensions or add-ons installed, and disable them in case they are causing the problem.
