cake bake not recognize in command prompt

hi
i use wamp server and i like use CakePHP but i can't use
"cake bake aya"
in CMD .
i already set path
D:\wamp\cake\app\console\;D:\wamp\bin\php\;D:\wamp\bin\mysql
\mysql5.0.45\bin;
but this text is typing in CMD
" user is not recognized as an internal or external command, .."
