[php-objects] how can i add Arabic in wordpress page comment

 

I have edit wp-config file, Define(WPLANG,"ar");
in a editor Arabic language is showing when i update page its converted all Arabic text into ?????????????

or if type any Arabic text  directly from Design its showing.....
so kindly let me know , wht should i do to resolve this problem
