[phpXperts] how to add many translation button in my website

 

dear sir and boss,
please help me, i am developing this website http://thebhutantravelclub.com/, i want to do when i mouse hove the "CHANGE LANGUAGE" (Top right side) button then open a pop up window like http://www.conveythis.com/, i can use this button, but not good for customize, what can i do, any can help me.
