Re: Please help with htaccess

I having the problem that I have such links to change my language:
<?php echo $html->link($html->image('flagicon-2.jpg'),
array('controller' => 'lng/eng'), array('escape' => false));?>
which is producing this URL:
http://mydomain.com/cake/lng/eng

And I get the message: Error: The requested address '/lng/eng' was not
found on this server.

Same here:
<?php echo $this->Html->link(__('Linkname', true), $this->Html-
>url(array('controller' => 'pages', 'action' => 'display',
'portfolio')) . '#fragment-1'); ?>
Which gives me this URL
http://mydomain.com/cake/cake/portfolio#fragment-1
With this error message: Error: The requested address '/cake/
portfolio' was not found on this server.

Please help, what can I do??
