Is your entire CakePHP application inside your web root, or just the app/webroot folder? I dont know
Ideally your webroot should be pointing to CakePHP's app/webroot folder , would this be done in cpanel?
I did not build the site, I had it done for me but they are just doing the back end programming, I want to be able to add the content...
