Is this a syntax error in the 1.3 book?

Just going through the book tutorial.  I got to this page:

http://book.cakephp.org/view/1536/Creating-Post-Views

At the very end you see this:

<!-- File: /app/views/posts/view.ctp -->

<h1><?php echo $post['Post']['title']?></h1>

<p><small>Created: <?php echo $post['Post']['created']?></small></p>

<p><?php echo $post['Post']['body']?></p>

Wouldn't the echo $post[...] need a semicolon in the end for both cases?  If this is indeed an issue, how do I go about notifying the documentation maintainers?
