When you do the foreach loop, you are effectively creating a new temporary variable, $post. So you'd do echo $post['title'];

echo $user['Post']['1']['title'] ;

and so on.

How can I loop through this associated data so If the user has 5 posts or 1 or 0 I can display it with something like foreach ?
