I'm in the process of update a few cake applications and have come to
a problem I have not been able to fix. In the older version of cakePHP
we have been able to change the default tags of links by adding 'link'
=> '<a href="%s" %s onClick="loadingScreen()">%s</a>' to a file in the
config folder called tags.php. This is no longer working and I have
not been able to find any information on the new way to overwrite the
helper tags without changing the core which is not an option. Anyone
know where I can find details on how to overwrite the default helper
tags now in cakephp 2.1?
