setting up cakephp 2.x to free webhosting

hallo,

i'm new in cakephp. i wanna ask you something, how to setting up cakephp 2.x to free web hosting like 000webhost or co branded hosting?

i always redirect to 404 not found :(

i've set htaccess 'rewritebase / ' or moving webroot to root of cakephp folder but its not working

please help me, thanks :)
