you can use these rules set in all the other htaccess outside ur webroot of cake.

    RewriteCond %{SERVER_PORT} 80 

    RewriteRule ^(.*)$ https://www.domain.com/$1 [R,L]

    RewriteRule    ^$    /webroot/    [L]

    RewriteRule    (.*) /webroot/$1    [L]

and remove ur https redirect from htaccess in cake webroot!!
