CakePHP 1.3 - MEIO Image Upload / Resize & Gallery Tutorial Problem Please help me...

hi Guy's,
I'm trying to get this little Image Upload function to work on my cakePHP site
this Tutorial on cakephp.org does pretty much all I need but I always run into Trouble when I try to get The same thing running on my site and i cant figure out why...

your help would be much aprechiated!
