Re: CodeIgniter taking a jab at CakePHP?

It's fairly well known that they (and their target audience?) don't want to use the latest PHP features (or other) and prefer to just maintain compatibility. So I would not recommend it for....  well anything :P

Also notice that codeigniter.com redirects to a directory inside ellislab.com. Now I'm thinking, are they challenging us?
