PHP: Add colour and bold hyperlinks in html->link()

Hi CakePHP experts,

I would like to add color and bold to the hyperlink set in html-link(). This is how my code looks

$this->Html->('Text of link','/website');

I tried to bold the text $this->Html->('<b>Text of link</b>','/website') but it does not work. May I know if adding color and bold can be done?
