Problema com variaves nos elementos

Oi thiago e resto da turma...

Para completar os exercios eu preciso apenas criar a element com variavel:

Eu estou tentando usar as variaves para meu elemento footer (rodape),  Eu usei o seguinte codigo:

Como voces podem ver no lugar de exibir: CakePHP todos os direitos reservados 2013

Esta me dando o erro:

Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 268435456 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 523800 bytes) in /home/shirtsge/public_html/cake/lib/Cake/View/View.php on line 905

O que eu estou fazendo errado?
