Re: 406 Not Acceptable error on cake.generic.css

Try enabling rewrite module in you Apache config. The line should look like the one below. I had the same problem and got it solved by doing so.

LoadModule rewrite_module modules/mod_rewrite.so

I tried renaming cake.generic.css to cake.css, and changing
default.ctp but still get the same error 406.

I'll have a look at core.php to see if I can spot anything but being a
newbie I highly suspect nothing will jump out!
