cron job command

Greetings,
I'm trying to make a cron job using godaddy's Cron Job Manager. I am
trying to figure out how to write the absolute path of the action I
want the cron job to run.

The example script I am working from goes something like:

/web/cgi-bin/php5 "$HOME/html/path to controller/action"

How can I complete this command so the action will run?
