Lib not working when transfer files from offline server to online server

I wrapped Google's reCAPTCHA in a class and have it in /app/Lib. It works fine in my offline testing environment, but when I upload it to my host, I get a 'Fatal Error' with "Class 'Recaptcha' not found" in the view I'm using the class in.

I'll provide any information that would be helpful. I really don't know what the problem is. For what it's worth, I'm pretty sure the permissions on everything are 644.
