Multiple domains one core handling multiple apps individually

I have a requirement to design such that,there must be 

1) 1 www folder

2) 2 domains say example.com & corp.example.com

3) 2 apps 

where app1 must only be used by example.com n corp.example.com must use only app2

can this be done? and also can it be done even in 1.3?
