Non Static Method

Hello,
I am having the application with the version lampp 1.7.3 and cakephp 1.3.2.
Now i updated lampp to 1.8.1 version. But i am getting the error Non-static
method should not be called statically.

Error details:
Strict Standards: Non-static method String::insert() should not be called
statically, assuming $this from incompatible context in
/opt/application_folder/cake/libs/debugger.php
Strict Standards: Non-static method Configure::read() should not be called
statically in /opt/application_folder/cake/basics.php

May i know the solution for this.
