Add validate notInList($check, array())

I know core CakePHP has validate inList(),

Example: 

Now I want to check value that client submit to server if it's not in List(1, 2, 3) then return false

I can add a method in Model to validate it

public method notInList($check, $array()){

return !in_array($check, $array);

}

but i think have more people use it so that core CakePHP should add method notInList in Validation core
