Re: Auth returning true always

Auth is returning true because you're manually logging in a user by passing in an array. See http://book.cakephp.org/2.0/en/core-libraries/components/authentication.html#manually-logging-users-in. Why are you passing the data in like that, just for testing?

it returns true every time no matter what the values are for username and password
