Request exceeded the limit when install Cakephp on Heroku

Hi everybody,

I am a new member of Cakephp, and I am trying to install Cake on Heroku. Unfortunately, I got the problem like this:

"Request exceeded the limit of 10 internal redirects due to probable configuration error. Use 'LimitInternalRecursion' to increase the limit if necessary. Use 'LogLevel debug' to get a backtrace." in the server error log.

I found some solutions about .htaccess in 3 levels (root folder, app, and webroot), but I still can't solve it.

So can somebody give me the advice?
