cakephp 3 - how to call controller form plugin

I have a controller:

<?php

namespace Hello\Controller;

class WorldController extends AppController

{

    public function initialize()

    {

        parent::initialize();

        $this->loadComponent('Hello.Hello');

    }

And Component:

<?php

namespace Hello\Controller\Component;

use Cake\Controller\Component;

class HelloComponent extends Component

{

How to access a function of controller from another controller? Or it's just better to call component?
