Re: Migration RC2 -> RC3 and more generally

Your old app (rc2) should work fine with rc3.
Just try replacing the core and see what happens. I've been using rc2
and then upgrading to nightly a few times in the process and don't
recall any issues with some features of the app not compatible between
releases.
