I forgot to mention, though... I'd prefer a Mac a *nix application (or
shell script) if possible. Running Windows is a bit like chalk on a
blackboard to me :)
Migrations could be a good way to handle these things in the future. I
haven't given them a closer look yet either.
btw: I know these tools are rare for the Mac so don't be deterred from
offering further windows or Linux solutions. Just for my development
computers I use 3-4 different applications just to interface with
MySql for quick queries, backups, schema changes. But that is a whole
other problem.
