For the latter, look at the Drake & Jake projects. That's not a
recommendation, though: I've never used either and have no idea about
their reliability. In fact, from my (admittedly, very small)
experience with both Drupal & Joomla, I'd think that integrating
either with Cake would be an exercise in masochism. I'd rather just
build everything in one framework.
