For the precise reason that's stated in the manual. As far as Cake is
concerned, when saving, the distantly-associated models mean nothing.
AFAIK, this was done in order to cut down on complexity of Model's
logic (not to mention memory requirements).
If you find yourself needing to save this deeply-associated
information, you might need to either re-think your DB schema, or your
process for saving the record(s). Perhaps, if you post a concrete
example, someone might have a better idea.
