Re: cakephp hacked

406 errors can be thrown from apache mod_security.

add to webroot's htaccess:
ErrorDocument 406 default

(to disable redirection to cake on HTTP 406 error)

You should check for last modified files using FTP
for malicious code inside.

Check apache mod_security logz.
