Issue with habtm

Hello,

i'm trying to start using HABTM in Cake 1.3, but can't understand how
can i add an realtion.

Im trynig to create new relation between User and Project records in
DB, but no data apperas in users_projects
after im saving data :(

My code is:

$data = array(
'User' => array('id' => 1),
'Project' => array(
'Project' => array(1, 2 , 3)
),
);
$this->User->saveAll($data);
