I'm working on a consultancy exercise for a government organisation in
the UK and part of the brief involves a fairly robust cakePHP system.
This system may or may not be taken forward to completion but in order
to determine whether it should be, I could use some help with a couple
of questions.
The person who works on this would have to be properly expert in
cakePHP, by which I mean able to take an existing system, get it up
and running from the cakephp console and complete the build, which is
in PDO and sqlite.
So here are a couple of starter questions:
1. What's the average day rate for a UK based cakephp developer? They
needn't be freelance, just reliable and available.
2. Does anyone know anyone, preferably in Glasgow or Edinburgh, who
would fit this bill?
Note: I can only consider UK based developers. Thanks in advance for
any help!
