Got to show us what you have tried and what isn't working, no-ones
going to write the whole thing for you.

Have you had your CRUD actions all working without Ext JS first so you
can understand how CakePHP works? Once you understand how CakePHP
works it should not take to much time to figure out how to fire the
same actions as Ajax requests using Ext JS
