Re: How to link to a non cake php page, and where to put it?

Finally I worked this out. All I needed to do was to use a regular "a
href" tag:

<div class="actions">
<h3><?php echo __('Actions'); ?></h3>
<ul>
...
<li><?php echo '<a href="../../../SkillsMat/edit_scores.php#'.
$person['Person']['full_name'].'">Skills</a>'; ?> </li>

... this "gets out" of Cake.
