Re: struggling with containable - containing the same model twice

Just a wild guess: in the OperationParticipant model, try changing the
alias for User. Something like:

public $belongsTo = array(
'OPUser' => array(
'className' => 'User',
...

And then change the contain block to have 'OperationParticipant' =>
array('OPUser')
