I think, cake  can be return true or false in $result.

Try find result for some select;

  $this->begin();  $this->query("CALL procedure();");  $result = $this->query("SELECT something");  $this->commit();

Hi does anyone knows how to execute a store procedure, all I get is empty result

here is my code...

in my model..

      public function procedure()

{

$result = $this->query("CALL ReporteEjesLineas(2013,1);");

return $result;

}

in my controller

public function admin_reportebarras($anio = null, $mes = null)

{

$datos = $this->Poa->procedure();

$this->set(compact( 'datos''));

}

and in my view

debug($datos)

but all i get is null even though i have some data.
