Web Interface on PHP

I've made all the steps to get my database working I guess, like the Controller,Model and View layers by the Cake Bake command. Everything was fine but there is a problem, what do I have to do to use the database on another web interface. I want to create my own html and css style and use the stuff in the database there, is there a way to do that?
