as the test suite as been removed from Cake 3.X, is there a reason why we are keeping those files around ?
/webroot/images/test.error-icon.png
/webroot/images/test.fail-icon.png
/webroot/images/test.pass-icon.png
/webroot/images/test.skip-icon.png
Moreover I think we could get rid of all the `.code-coverage-xxx`classes in the cake.generic.css
May I open a PR for this ?
