CakePHP 3.7 RC1 released

The team is very excited about the latest RC1 release - 3.7.0 contains several new features, including

  • Improved binary column reflection for SqlServer.
  • Session handlers are no longer changed if the session is active.
  • Tests are passing against PHP 7.3

CakePHP 3.7 will be the last minor release for 3.x before 4.0 is released - from then 3.x will continue to receive only bug and security fixes while 2.x will continue to only receive security fixes.
Read more about the release on the bakery - and feel free to reach out to the team if you have any questions or feedback!

Until next time!
