[phpXperts] About Searching slashes

How do I search for a column that contains back slashes? This will
not work
select *
from orders
where orderval like '%\\%'

How can I write a sql statement that will replace all shashes with
nothing, actually, to be safe, \' with nothing, and multiple shashes
with nothing too.

so the following examples will have the same result
test\'s
test\s
test\\\\\s
test\\\\\'s

will all be:
tests

2. www.hostmonster. com

it will cost little high from the suggested one... but we can thing over it....
