Best options / ideas for weird situation.

I have come into a weird situation and cant seem to figure out best way to handle it.

 

I have my contacts / appointments / faqs controllers and basic form on each page. Now this site the client wants to be able to edit the text that's displayed on each of these pages above the form.

 

So admin logs in goes to admin/contacts and i want to be able to edit the "intro" what would be the best way to handle this? Intros model and controller type setup? Create the intros for each page i need in the db then link them up with each? Not sure on this one so just looking for some better ideas from anyone.
