Simple search form with auto suggest and writeout matched items

Hello, i am new in CakePHP and i have got one questions,

I would like to make form with AJAX/JQUERY suggest searching from
company name column.
If user select any value and click to button search, will see list of
coresponded items.
In firms table is many, many columns and user will see olny a few of
them.

Example:
Company name:
City:
Evaluation:

How to do IT in CakePHP, is any tutorial for this?
