js framework

hi,

am kind of confused in deciding which javascript/ Ajax framework to
use alongwith CakePHP.
i will be using CakePHP 1.2 (because i am more comfortable with that)

Is it better to use the default support of Prototype & Scriptaculous
or does cakePHP works best with JQuery or Dojo

am looking feedback in terms of enterprize product development where i
would not be able to afford any change in technology for atleast next
5 years.
