Problems with prompt

Hello everyone. I need some help.

I update yesterday my Mac OS X for the new version and I cannot use
the prompt for configure CakePHP on MAC.

When I write ( vim .profile) the answer is: -bash: vim: command not
found.

Others commands also not found like: sudo.

cd [user folder] its ok!

And them, anyone can help me?

I need install and work with CakePHP on Mac.
