wierdness continues - I have not altered anything within the in in question not rebuilt anything

nor changed anything - and tests within the app run again

(rebaking and building the app back will cause issues with my git history - and I reckon it may well happen again)

I have googled this extensively and can find a few clues either have no clusive suggestions or say not to run simpletest 1.1 (which I am not)
