Dear Senior Software Engineer (name was not there),
phpExperts Group allows only related job posting. Some members of this group look for a better job. A good number of employees found good developers from this group. And a good number of developers found good jobs from this group.

I think Job posting is a good thing for this group besides the discussion on PHP and open source.
